DSBT13‐14Q3 ‐ 02 ‐ Kunsthal Revisited

This video shows the research and first design steps for the course building technology. In this course we have researched the existing Kunsthal building in Rotterdam, designed by OMA. The Kunsthal functions as an exhibition space, but also consists of offices, a cafe and a auditorium amongst others. We have further researched a specific element, the west-facade in greater detail as a preparation for a re-design. These individual redesigns are based on the a general group research question and more specific individual questions and research.
