What do you think about the future of cdjr technicians job security wise?
Honestly I think it’s ok…. If you keep up to date and are master certified, there’s plenty of work. However I still believe their warranty practices are crap towards technicians and the general practices that individual dealerships have towards techs are outdated. Many techs in CDJR dealers still have crappy flat rate pay, shitty benefits and deal with sub par management.

I still live right around the corner from it too lol. They actually contacted me through my channel and offer way better pay, benefits, time…. Pretty much everything.

I worked for SP but that was 2 years ago and that job only lasted 10 months
