Nice selection of tool and equipment. Couldn't help to notice that white and pick fan on the bench is actually a very expensive ESD fan. I know it very well since we had it in the lab on this company I used to work for.
Excelent tools, but as others pointed out, it's only worth it when you can get a working chip from Aliexpress or from another board for cheap to replace it. Reballing won't really solve anything more than letting your board for an hour near an halogen lamp.
if it's a bad solder joint causing the problem, couldn't you just heat up the APU to the point where the solder starts to liquify, then allow it to harden again? I've heard of people putting a GPU from a PC in the oven to accomplish exactly this.

Erlon Melo The board is put in this oven to dehumidify the board. We leave the board inside the oven for two hours at 123c. If the board is one that has been unused for several months in a storage area we may leave it for up to 4 hours in the oven.

Well some one was selling me cheap a ps4 with this problem, but now im sure that its a weilding failure, very similar to the red ring of dead, so I think that I will pass.
I have this problem: When I try to open my ps4 its make 1 beep and blinking blue light for 3 sec then it turn off. and when I try to turned on again it makes one beep without light
re-balling dead chip, nice, will fail again within months ... REPLACE THE CHIP is the only fix, the lead free solder is not the issue BTW, nice tools :-)

Plus nobody will sell a working motherboard. What would be the point in that. Taking a working board out of a working system? None. Stop giving everyone false information.

Very good work but fail in spread thermal compound. If you dont want bubbles you need to use dot, line or cross method.

There are about 6 different ways to properly apply thermal compound. If it's not applied right, the fans would let you know.
just like the ps3 RLOD remove the mother board and the batteries cook at 350 for 8 min and reapply the thermal compound??

Yes, BLOD (blue light of death) is usually a graphics chip (APU) defect that requires reball/reflow, similar to YLOD problems.

Yes it most likely need to have the APU re-balled.

It's a convection oven. 2 hours at 123C.
