Jason you are the absolute best, creative, innovative & your design ideas just work. Keep planting, & combing all the other mediums that make a beautiful livable & enjoyable spaces. Luv your work & you're puppy.
Great makeover & I also appreciate that every time I watch one of your videos, I learn a bit more - from plants (great Magnolia Cinderalla suggestion) to the comment on seeing what else grows well, around us.
Good work Jason and team ! Great deck ! Beautiful pots and plants , very inspiration and am learning and gaining love of greenery , decking, painting from you Jason ! I just recently joined and subscribed to your Great Garden Ideas but I love the enthusiasm, communication , vibrant energy and professional touch! God Almighty bless you !
What a beautiful makeover! It was hard to say what was the best, but I LOVE LOVE the rusted screens on the brick wall. Such a unique touch. Do you have a resource you can share where homeowners can purchase them? Thank you!!
Beautiful! I have two questions. First, how to make sure the decking frame is level on the soil because I do not find any footing post support the frame. Second, If raining, how does the rainwater drainage under the decking area?
Well if you did it right you’d set a heap of stumps in the ground with concrete, mark them out to where your platforms will sit & then check them into the stumps with a nail gun. Not smart putting it flat on the ground it’ll move eventually
Jason you are brilliant. We have missed the original Better Homesprogrammes since we are back in the UK,after our holidays, so these series of programmes take us right back to Oz where our hearts (& son & grandson) are. The only thing is, won't the rusty panels streak those lovely white walls? Don't Bunnings sell the plastic ones. We are sure we saw them when we were there last. Keep making the videos with Tara & the team. You are legends. Tony & Ingrid in Scarborough, North Yorkshire.
I have question about the rusty screens you guys put on the white wall. There no danger that the rain water gets ,,dirty,, from the rust and then makes the wall dirty when it runs down?
What a great video. We are just finishing out outdoor reno here in sydney. Something we've also added is inflatable furniture from the fillup club. Really comfortable and stylish
Love your show! I didn’t think painting the wall white would work but those rusted screens really did the job. And if only all your clients would be chefs, you’d be set forever with yummy food delivered. I also found the phrase “lilly pilly” a laugh riot! Very amusing but sure makes sense. 😀
Question how did you nail the screens onto the brick. I have plaster walls and a brick home that i want to put art on but i dont want anything to crumble because i screwed up
Fantastic Jason. Q. please. Will those Pittosterums(?) grow in Sub-tropical climate? I had a few different types in Melbourne, but from memory don't think they as suited up here. Anything else you could replace them with for form & shape please Jason. BTW I always live your gardens the best at English Garden Shows.
John 3 16 the beginning GOD made man in his image who we know is Adam. When Adam and Eve sinned sin entered into the world. Sin equals death. God required a blood atonement because if you take a life then life is required at your hands. Since we are all sinners and sin is death we all would need a blood atonement for our sins. Jesus Christ is one of the 3 manifestations of God. The word who came into the world as flesh. He came as the sacraficial lamb to make a permanent atonement for all of your sins. Without him you can not take away your sins and so this is why we need Jesus. He is the perfect man and sinless. God's only begotten son. His blood is perfect and can take away all of our sins. blood will be required at the end of your life because of your sins and if you do not have an atonement for your sins (who can only be jesus since his blood is the only requirement) you will go to hell forever
I really dislike chairs that look cool, chosen for their appearance but totally uncomfortable. Chairs should be good to sit in/on! Form over substance. 👎
The dog is adorable, he is enjoying the green and the shade!
As a landscape designer and contractor, I have to say this actually a very beautifully designed space!
Anyone else binging better homes and gardens rn?

Thank you so much for using Australian natives and promoting them on your show!!!!!
Turned out great. Feels a bit like a secret garden towards the back by the brick wall.
I already watch this video but watch it again because I'm missing this man. He has that cool father image.
Nice!! I love the sectioned decks. Love seeing your puppy too!

Really great makeover.
You did an amazing job! Simply adore the Cinderella Magnolia
Gorgeous. A real oasis.

I love all the gardening and home improvements shown. Get personalities of the presenters and am totally impressed with the talent

Brilliant garden
looks great just a question, there is no footings and cement for this type of deck, is this not necessary to stop sagging?
Great god job sir
Would you not put framing posts to hold the decking?
Would it not cause the decking to tilt over time?
Looks nice
How much did that cost?
Great job Jase love the garden 😍
I’m inspired.
Awesome design! Just needs a water feature.
Question how did you nail the screens onto the brick. I have plaster walls and a brick home that i want to put art on but i dont want anything to crumble because i screwed up
Use a drill with a masonry bit
Impressive!!
How did I know. The minute I heard chef, I knew you guys would get fed

your outdoor area looks spectacular! Want to do something similar, but using inflatable daybeds from the fillup club.
How much would something like this cost? I love it.
Wow
Looks fantastic good job. 😊
That board definitely has a bend in it lol
Lmao, yeh, that wasn’t straight. Still, nice job..
very beutyful
Just love your style!!! RSA
Excellent job mate
Beautiful result! :)
I love it, i bought a new house just finished built, can i hire this amazing team to help me with my ugly backyard?
Even 'treated' pine will deteriorate eventually. Why wouldn't you throw a membrane under the deck to begin with??🧐
All videos 🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
it's funny when he sends him to kitchen
Wow👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Can you show a small kitchen garden in the backyard
Omg! Painting natural brick!😫😫😫😫😫😫
Nice! 👍
Hope the pup got a burger too!
Jason will be missed
Do small decks require a building permit?
Miss Jason:(
Genial 👏👏👏👏
👍👍
Anyone knows what's the tree in the far corner of the garden called?
Ha two drills and 4 blokes doing the work.. and not a bit of dirt on him
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Should have gone with a German schmeir with the brick wall.
👌👍🌷
I like how this backyard turns out, but I have to be practical, where are the clotheslines?
What is that timber that doesn't moulder even half buried?
Pressure treated cedar
👏👏🇧🇷
I don’t see any storm water pit or drainage
you shouldn't change colors of the brick wall, everyone does that in your show... that gives beauty of the past
I find no way to contact u to get to my new house 8.5m backyard.
Never paint brick
💐💐💐💐💐💐💐💐💐💐💕💕💕💕💕💕
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Great work
Looks like an oasis.
Do the owners help pay for this?
First
In 5 years you will have to do it again

Why paint it white when you have to hide it with screens and plants!
imho, there are way too much plants in such a small area. way too crowded (sure, privacy...)
I really dislike chairs that look cool, chosen for their appearance but totally uncomfortable. Chairs should be good to sit in/on! Form over substance. 👎
Fashion over function. Style over substance.
Throwing money, not a sensibile solution
Not my taste at all.
