THATS MY CAR!!! that was my baby for two years!! my first car! i had "pimpmobile written all across the back windsheild for a while. i bought her off facebook marketplace and she ran and drove great for so long. thank you guys for taking it into good hands!!
@@MonkeyWrenchMiketake good care of her! only issues ive ever had was fuses coming loose occasionally and having to shock the battery to start her. the cover in the backseat is for the drivers side door that needs to be reattached, and the soft top was fully replaced a year ago!
I love how you guys are simultaneously supportive of each other while absolutely reveling in the fact that the other guy got stuck with a hard to polish turd of an old car. You both do a great job individually, but when you work together? Chef’s kiss. Billy Joel sung it best…don’t go changin’!
@AutoAuctionRebuilds another awesome find-they are pretty rare these days. I remember the next door neighbors having one, except it was coupe. Definitely like the idea of the CA video. Greyhound shows about 32 hours from Tulsa to LA, would probably catch some pretty good stuff on that trip(even though Greyhound SUCKS)💯💯
Three, identical, pristine cars just like yours are owned by the original purchasers in the small town I use to live and work in. They have not been utilized as daily drivers since Oldsmobile came to an end but are utilized two or three times a year as "parade cars".
Randy is absolutely right super rare, 7,357 International Editions were made that year that's all. Unbelievable find. That Cutlass would command alot of money in an auction fixed up and only 100,000 miles is very low miles. There are car clubs that only recognize the International Cutlass. I liked how you shortened Randy's speech 😅😅
Some misinformation there. Not sure where you're getting those numbers. First of all, NO International Series convertibles were ever made from 90-95. Secondly, for 1994, total vert production was 8,638. Of those, only 383 were Bright White, Graphite/White interior, and White top.
@jiggity76 that was according to the collectors forum when I find the link I'll post it. It's only that specific year. The rarer one is the quasar value with a while top
@@donpugh8099 If it's listing any International Series convertibles existed, sorry, I'll have to discredit that. I'm a member of a W Body forum and another member there did the research using Compnine. It is accurate. The Medium Quasar Blue convertibles are gorgeous!
I love those videos where you buy a car and drive it 1000+ miles home and maybe even stop in between and have to wrench 🔧 on them! It makes for exciting video content for sure
I sold several of these convertibles new in 1994 & these engines were very powerful back then. The leather was an issue because it was too thin & even had a few with holes worn through the bolsters with less than 5k miles on them, so GM reupholstered with better leather at no charge to the customer. Love these cars!
When you two do a video it’s always funny and a good time. I love this olds. I think Alex got one but it was a standard. Oil change and clean it she deserves it!
@legitstreetcars recently picked up one of these 3.4L olds cutlass! Cool to never see one in my 40 years of life, and then see 2 within a month or so of eachother! Cool find!
Hello Mike and Randy Mike what a steal of a car it is so beautiful and it made it home when you clean it it will look so clean when you clean it up so Mike thanks for the video
Hey Mike, I just got done watching your video on your new purchase. That’s awesome car dude I’m glad you and Randy had a great time. Trying to get it back home to your place. Can’t wait to see more videos on it. Coming up soon. I hope I’m glad you guys had fun trying to get it back to your house and if you would please tell Randy I said hi and I’ll talk to you very soon to see you buddy. Talk to you later.
I really enjoyed this one. Love ❤️ the triple white anything so classy and with a road trip bringing it back to life !! Such a win for you !! Congratulations 🎉
You ended the video with me wanting more of your adventures. So glad this car has turned out to be a winner so far. Another trip to California would be great for all of us to watch and boost your numbers. (Give Alex a call about your twin cars.)
Incorrect. This 1994 convertible is 1 of 393 made that year. Legit Street Cars...his 5 speed International coupe is WAY more rare. Less than a 100 made and with it's options and color combo, we're talking 2 to single digits being made.
A double monkey episode ! Love it when you two are together doing a trip. Yes tell Randy you have to do a double buy / drive road trip. Really enjoy your videos Mike keep em coming.
THATS MY CAR!!! that was my baby for two years!! my first car! i had "pimpmobile written all across the back windsheild for a while. i bought her off facebook marketplace and she ran and drove great for so long. thank you guys for taking it into good hands!!
Thanks for watching the video! It’s a GREAT car that I’m really enjoying restoring!!

@@MonkeyWrenchMikealso!! when i was driving it it goes about 5-8 over what the speedometer says it will, and the glove compartment is broken shut

Agreed team work makes the dream work
California car idea I like, fly out drive back. Randy picks you one and you pick Randy one. Then Route 66 it back
Alex at Legit Street Cars just picked up a manual 3.4 coupe, rare spec. But the convertible, yeah worth saving! Nice job, Mike!
It was a copy cat move if you ask me
@bobbykelly-im9hk what do you mean copycat move
Another Mike and Randy adventure. It just hits better on a Monday, thanks MWM! (and congrats)
