That sounded Amazing Dude!
Wish I could find one of these 😢
I love you but the whole “I don’t play dad rock” spiel into AC/DC and Alice Cooper riffs is hilarious 😂
Ive always wanted one of these
I, too, am not here to play classic rock 😂 Bullet semi-dodged on a used JVM after watching this.
They don’t make this anymore!? What happened to Marshall? They need to deliver some new huger gain amplifiers. The DSL is good but could use some updated features. Just seems tired over there at Marshall.
HUGER GAIN BABY
Everyone shat on the JVM ten years ago, and they shat on the JS version after that. Now that it's discontinued, the interwebs deemed it the ULTIMATE MARSHALL...well, it's not of course. But it's my favorite, and by far the best equipped modern JVM amp. But because people cant find this thing out there, it gets the mysterious goofy rep. It's a great amp, but it's not a metal machine like the JVM without a boost. But since it takes boosts great, yiu can have it all. Except you can find them anymore. Learn your lesson, Interwebz.
Now that they no longer make this head the average price for a pristine one is over $3K. And that's if you can find one. I did.
jvm again? thanks
LOL. Those disclaimers.
That Back in Black attempt was taking the piss right??? 😂😂😂😂
It's a shame that they discontinued this model.. It seems that Marshall is always discontinuing their best designs.. And then propose overpriced reissues of the most iconic ones 10 years later. The best Marshall type amps are now built by boutique amp makers coming from the modding community. However their latest 20w original JMP/JCM/Jubilee series is quite interesting as well as the DSL line.
Yes, and remember the Vintage Modern series? discontinued too...
@@daagaarasplaysvideogames980 I tried a Vintage Modern a while ago through the matching cab, and I thought it was awesome. Great AC/DC tones, great Kill Em All style tones.
My thoughts exactly. Especially when you need versatility.
death threat love the new england representation
Peace and Security is a top 5 hardcore record for me
He said he’s not going to play classic rock and then the first riff he plays is Back and Black by AC/DC. Second is No More Mr. Nice Guy by Alice Cooper. Interesting.
Im enjoying all your content, Super Fun
Anger!
CLASSIC RAWK RIFFS!!!
How's this compare to the JSX?
Pretty different, still Peavey vs Marshall, signature sounds still apply
@@belligerentamateur this isn't guitar related I've been looking at buying a mountain bike and I saw you commented on a mountain bike video. How bad are the big box store bikes like Walmart target etc? Would I be better off going to a bike shop and buying used? Just using the bike for rides around the neighborhood and light trails on a forest preserve. Nothing crazy.
@@sho-nuffmadrigal6857 Hey dude, some of the newer Wal Mart bikes aren't bad at all. I highly recommend the Kent Trouvaille. Nice bike out of the box that doesn't need anything to handle what you want it to do!
@@belligerentamateur thanks for the recommendation. I appreciate it.
Way too much sizzle for on the top end pin higher gain settings.
whats the riff at 6:00
Feathers by Coheed and Cambria
JCM 2000/DSL100 or JVM ?
2000 over regular JVM, never heard this model live.
2000 DSL for me, it's my favorite marshall
@@belligerentamateur 👍
No Joe Satriani licks? Im so angry
Just kidding lol
I love what you do. To bad these are now selling for $3500 to $4000. Cool amp but i still want the Kerry King signature model.
Lmao 🤘 well done Kyle. You gettin some funnies out.
Thanks man!
No smoke on the watter
Wattttttter
@@belligerentamateur well you could learn some children tunes for the clean section
I don't know how you get these different amps , but i'm Jealous! Fun stuff.
Lots of buying and selling my friend
It's Marshall tradition to discontinue their best amps
You ain't lyin
THANKS FOR THIS POST THERE ISN'T ENOUGH VIDEOS OF THIS ULTIMATE MARSHALL IF YOU PLAY NOTHING BUT METAL YOU WILL WANT TO GET A GOOD PEDAL BECAUSE THIS AMP IS JUST A TAD BIT LOOSER THAN THE STANDARD...{WHICH I SOLD TO GET THIS}. YOUR SPEAKERS HAVE EVERYTHING TO DO WITH YOUR FINAL TONE THIS AMP IS TOTALLY UNBEATABLE FOR STUDIO WORK I HAVE ENGL'S BOOGIES KSR AND MANY OTHERS INCLUDING FRIEDMANS THIS IS THE TOP CHOICE FOR RECORDS BAR NONE....NOTHING BEATS IT FOR ANY STYLE
Are you playing this head through a Boogie cab??? Marshalls aren't really voiced for V30's, thats why you always have horrid upper mids fizz... For Marshalls, better through any cabs with T-75's or GM65's
jubilee = done!
Those need a boost and right cabs , I never use a drive or boost ,
I am angry. This channel makes me so angry but i always come back. Hihihihi :)
Complementary algorithm comment.
Noise gates in an amp is such a nobrainer, all amps should have them!!!
At this point, anything high gain, I agree
They always mess with my tone
Super!
Ok. Place your ANGRY COMMENT HERE PLEASE!!!. Cool dude. Already liked the video 🤣
Thanks my angry friend!
The JVM design is so weird . They took the bashing roar out . It just doesn’t open like even a TSL. The next flagship amp they make needs that back . It’s still a good amp but the bark was highly missed
agreed
👍
This amp is so hard to find lol
