To Øl is a Danish brewery, but the meaning and spelling is identical in both Danish and Norwegian. Translates to "Two Beers". They do well in a wide range of styles, but their juicy/floral IPAs and pales are where they really shine in my opinion. I particularly enjoyed Blossom (wheat) and Garden of Eden (fruity IPA). They also make an excellent non-alcoholic (well, 0.3% ABV) IPA called Implosion.
Thanks for the recommendations! Unfortunately To Øl isn't very common where we live, but we'll definitely snag some of those if we see them! We appreciate a good juicy IPA (James especially)
