i got a 2021 spark LT and it started making the same noise too after I run over a pot whole. I just brought mines 7 months ago and last month. one morning I went to start it up and the battery died. as soon as I got a new one then it has been starting up ever since. try buying a new battery.
Yeah I think that’s what I’m going to do to see if it fixes the issue, it’s just threw me off when I’m thinking everything is normal and BOOM car doesn’t start with no warning or anything. Newest car I have with the most electrical issues just weird to me.
code 59 is a voltage error for trans fluid temp my 2014 had that issue not to long ago definetly did not get to the point where you said that befire comenting lmao
That would make sense if I was pushing car hard or for a long time but the car was cold sitting all night and popped up with this code that’s why I’m thinking it’s an more of a weird electric issue over a mechanical issue but who knows
@notyouraveragehybrid5250 try replacing your battery, get a brand new battery, and then reset the computer and see if that fixes the problem nine times out of 10 it's your battery
