Fallout 4s legacy is forever going to be "they're a synth" I know it was partially touched in in 3,but still

The Lone Wanderer doesn't, it's either after talking to Mama Murphy or Nick about finding kellog, that the name changed from Dog to Dogmeat

I’d like to mention that the Mysterious Stranger has a son in fallout new Vegas, you can find him sitting by a billboard during a mission with the tops casinos when you are looking for more theater acts, you can even get a revolver from him that plays a mysterious stranger style riff when you draw
My first fallout 3 playthrough I drank every Quantum I found and then eventually stumbled into Girdershade and got the quest from Sierra. It took forever to go find more to finish the quest. Sierra has the best quests since she has you explore places you might never think to
Dogmeat is called dog until you find Mama Murphy
Nick Valentine also calls him that in the quest where you track Kellogg if you haven't found dogmeat
I just started playing fallout 4 about a week and a half ago so I’m learning the story as I go and videos like this just make the experience that much more interesting 😀

in the fallout show the enclave is breeding them or cloning them. that is also a pretty cool theory that he's a clone
Dogmeat aids you in many ways be it combat, companionship or just carrying your junk so beyond being a familiar character for the player I think that dogmeat is a guardian angel sent by a higher power be it god or Todd....who knows.

I’ve only played 3, 4, and NV and have only played them twice (second time for each was this year) so after figuring out myself that Dr. Li was in 3, I wanted to know more. I did see at some point that Maxson was in 3, but I don’t remember seeing him. McCready I do remember from 3, but haven’t picked him up as a companion. I also didn’t recognize his name until now.
Wasn't Maxson a little sh__ in FO3? Isn't he still? Sierra is still hilariously blind to all of reality except soda. Oh. And Dogmeat in my head is a lab experiment: clones. "DM" #013455 [Dog Marines] -- likely no, but funny. There could be 1,000s and they could be two separate breeds. :)
While making this video and going over the dialogue he has, he actually is pretty smart and kind. That’s the impression I got.
Fallout 4 *should* have the most recurring characters due to the time period, location, and being the latest edition of the single-player games. I prefer new original characters, but a few callbacks in good when it can make logical sense!

I remember a mod for fallout 4 (can't remember the name) -- it's pretty cool mod, well made, great levels, clutter, mini-quests, everything
and the lone wanderer from fallout 3 was featured in one of the mini-quests... the thing is that he's dead and old(?) but
the funny thing is that fallout 3 takes place 10 years before fallout 3, so the lone wanderer shouldn't be that old, etc etc
Thanks! Yeah the lone wanderer would definitely still be alive based on age, but who know about combat and other stuff.
To this day I don’t know what’s peoples deal with maxson in 4. I played the game blind, and everything he said made sense.
I feel like it's less on him and more the fact he represents the brotherhood, and in 4, they're very against ghouls and synths, and super mutants as well, and when that combo covers several of the best (or at least, most memorable) companions in 4, it hurts their reputation a little
