Being completely blind, I really hate using the top of the stove however I love my electric skillet that I purchased from Walmart for $19 and I just plug it in. It’s deep sided so I can put things in the skillet and I know because it’s sitting on the counter, there’s no need to worry about anything catching on fire! I also love my griddle because it makes easy to make pancakes and eggs and things of that nature. I also have a Panini press which allows me to grow my grilled cheese on both sides or to make a tuna melt super simple or I’m not trying to find where my bread is when I put it in a pan. It just grows both sides for me. I also have a George Foreman grill, which is an oldie but goodie and still looks brand new and while I’m grilling my burgers on the George Foreman grill, I can toast my buns on top! I love my slow cooker as well, but I also love my Insta pot, which allows me to cook things from frozen to ready to go and under 40 minutes! I can also cook beans from dry to ready to go in 45 minutes without soaking overnight. I can’t tell you how many kitchen gadgets I have, but I use each and every one of them religiously. I probably have more than 30! The best thing is I also have an air fryer that has a bake function on it and all kinds of things I even have a ninja creamy or I can make milkshakes and sorbet super easy and I’m completely blind!
