@RMmilitarymiscellany Hope you don't think I was being snarky :) Lived in BsAs for 3 years - next time I'm over there, I'll keep a look out for stuff in San Telmo market
wtf you have a second channel? If you'd linked this one on your Rifleman Moore channel I'd have found it before now instead of waiting for the algorithm to feed it to me
I do mention it in videos from time to time, as I remember I made a community post and a video on Rifleman Moore promoting it when I first started out. I'm glad you've found it regardless!
Certainly true that the Argentine boots were better than the basic British issue footwear. I have seen one photo of a British Para wearing Argentine boots, guarding Argentine prisoners, all of whom still had their boots I hasten to add! The boots were probably taken from a store in Stanley immediately after the surrender.
You know is a good day when RM has dropped a new video
You have scored some really rare kit in fairly good shape from a 40 something year old war, time to play the Lottery...
I'm very happy to have this kit, I have to say.
Congratulation
Did you find the white flag that every Argie was issued with before deployment?
The socks are actually 75% cotton and 25% nylon! That's a weird blend for socks.
Thank you for the clarification.
If I am not mistaken I think that Argentinian Commandos from 601/602 Cdo company’s wore a camouflage pattern uniform also??🤔
Yes indeed.
Just FYI, the 'j' in Ejercito (and all Argentinian words) is pronounced as if it were a an 'h'/'xh'
Of course, I was quite forgetting, I'll attempt to pronounce it correctly in future videos.

Not at all, I appreciate the input. I only hope I did ok with Veinticinco de Mayo. Thanks for the offer to look out for kit, very kind!
What are the markings on the fasteners on the canteen cover?
"FIX" and an RG beneath, with the R reversed.

You should be able to list other RUclips channels on your channel homepages.
