Applying to multiple companies do help but they revert back saying as you are currently not in Canada we can't proceed further.

Below is my take:
Canada labor market laws are so strong that getting LMIA and that too without paying a hefty amount is not possible, and that too offline to a reliable consultant. Only doctors, dentists and some other licensed professions that are niche skilled related get these opportunities through PNPs.
My apologies but I donot believe the ma'am who appeared in the video. Also this is setting incorrect expectations for people who follow you and are not very aware of the process and procedures.
