      Thanks Theibault! Lots of fun and a handful to drive, but fun nonetheless. Even with all of the axle braces it still managed to crack an axle tube. I guess I need to upgrade to alloy axle housings next.

    I just fitted wheel wideners helps stop roll overs

      Thanks for the tip, but I do have them. But with the lift kit, it is still top heavy. I'm thinking that I may ditch them and also lengthen the wheelbase when I replace the axle tubes.

    I fitted mine today and rolls no more must be more stable

      I think it's the lift kit in mine. But if you're on the right surface, and have a good feel for the vehicle, you can drive it without rolling it constantly.

      This is an old video, when I was running the stock wheelbase. It was fun, but I've changed it since the. Have you built, owned, or modified a Clod Buster to validate the stock wheelbase sucks?

    • @screp36

      hell ya! it's pretty mutch the 1 st mod, i added 3 inch, by making a all-aluminium frame, in ?? 1995, somthing like that!

      i wont disagree with you that performance wise short wheelbase is awful however i own an 87 box art clod that stays stock for posterity my other five are in various stages of modification

      bel976 Hey do the rear wheels do the steering?

    • @jamesbradford7817
      @jamesbradford7817 5 лет назад

      @@cwatson42785 not the stock setup originally the single servo was mounted in the middle looks like he has steering kit that mounts to the axle front and back two servos steers better than the stock setup.
