Great build! I became a TJ owner during your builds and I appreciate your great videos. Plus, it’s nice to have a quality RUclipsr in the NW
Doing this exact glass replacement today on my 89 yj ....thanks Dale for all your vids...especially on this job!
Nice job. Thanks for filming
Great way to save money and learn a skill, thanks for another great tutorial Dale!
Great channel... many of your videos helped me a lot at work. Well thank you ! 👌👍
Great video my dude! Really gonna help me out when I do mine here in a few weeks.
Great job Dale ! You made it look so easy .
Thanks! Wasn’t too hard. Just a bit time consuming
I'll soon be replacing my whole frame.. great video (and part 1) ! Makes me feel a little more confident doing it myself!
Yeah. Wasn’t that bad. Thanks for watching
Great video thanks.
One thing I would say is have another tube of adhesive handy. I just went through the process on my 95 YJ restoration and unfortunately ran out before I had filled the gap. Had to work some excess around the perimeter.
Sorted out in the end but a bit of a panic for the price of a tube of adhesive!
Good video getting ready to put a windshield in my 1993 jeep
Looks great! I think "OJ" should be it's name given the orange paint. I know it may have been used before, but the name fits... I recommend to paint your rims black you choose to keep what you got. A satin black wheel paint should work.
i need to do this soon, just did bulldawg mfg upper half doors and trying to make it weather tight before installing carpet and corbeau safari bench and moab seats in spice, side note dont use spray bed liner for whole body i regret it so far
Good job, looking good.
Thank you!
Just for general consumption, even after warming up the 3M glass adhesive, you do NOT want to use a cheap caulk gun. I had one come apart where it was riveted at the handle while doing a window on a grader. Had to scrape off everything I'd already put down and send my parts runner back to Lowes for a $15 dollar gun so I could do the job properly.
Top class.
Looks good!
Thanks! Turned out great
Great job but I think the primer is for the glass and not the metal frame
I must say that you got me hooked, and right now, I'm rebuilding a 1997 jeep TJ from the frame up.
I loved the peach orange color on your Jeep.
I would really appreciate it if you could tell me the color code .
Thanks
I need to replace the outer weather seal on the windshield only. Is that doable without having to remove the existing windshield?
Got my sub good job
Excuse me, what's the name or ID number of the rubber seals (the one in the back and the front of the windshield) that you used?
Just curious isnt there a inside seal also that presses in or no?
Any leaks after?
Great Video Dale, I don’t see the link for the Windshield kit. Thanks.
Thank you! It’s the first link listed in the video description 👍🏼
I think you need to rename it OJ (for obvious reasons)
Haha! Yes. That would work
Looking good Dale.
Thank you!
Now, that's a bit of Oregon Beavers orange. Isn't that some sort of vehicle citation in your duckish neck of the woods?😏
Haha! Yes. But we are proud Beaver fans 😁
👍
I was going to sat put a steal fuel lines on your truck 2005 tj has them
