Congratulations on the promotion ! Nice form ! Looked like Koryo 2. We did that for 1st Dan and Keumgang for 2nd Dan. We did a new form, plus previous 3 forms for belt tests. All the other previous forms we were expected to retain by regular instructing in class. Thanks for your video !
Hello! I am looking into Indian club exercises. I am 21 and have never used one before, and am wondering if I should start out buying some 1lb ones or perhaps slightly heavier? I am 6’4 and pretty big, but not super in shape. Maybe just start out with 1lb to get form down and if I think it’s too easy I can go up? Seems like I’ve seen a lot of people say they thought it would be too light and always have to start down at 1lb… (assuming one for each hand) I asked another creator and they said if I'm doing it for rehab etc I should start with 1lbs but if it's for strength and conditioning I should start with a 10lb single club. Would love your opinion!

I have a question please. Can u learn and be ready from watching videos?
If you apply and practice what you've watched you can improve and become proficient to a certain level but to be a champion probably not.
