Obviously there are different models and packs with different prices to suit most people who are in the market. I would prefer a Mini Countryman to a Qashqai or a Tiguan or T-Roc for instance.

While your head mounted camera is convenient for you, it makes it very difficult for viewers to judge the size and even shape of the car because the camera looks down from a great and unnatural height when you are on your feet. Looks good when you are driving though.
It is exactly the same under pinnings as the X1 and X2 with the same engine, gearbox. However they have changed the settings to match the Mini brand. I like the X1 but think the Mini is really cool looking better balanced that the existing Countryman and I love the interior its different and they have made a effort. Better than the widescreen /Ipad look which is a bit boring.
Now, get it off road since it's an SUV, after all. Let's see if this DCT can start on a hill/go over obstacles. The Aisin 8 speed was awesome. "Absolutely horrible" is what you called it- why? I I've really enjoyed the 8speed aisin in my 2019 2.0L S petrol.
Well, I'm pleased that the new Countryman JCW has done so well here in this test - and also that the gearbox is now a better one. The new one is noticeably more comfortable, more spacious and quieter (wind, tyres) than its predecessor. I have ordered one, delivery date in July. In Germany, a fully equipped Mini Countryman JCW costs 65 kEUR, in NL approx. 88 kEUR (inc. tax) oops, that's a lot! (By the way: this arsehole behaviour with the overhauled Audi: I hope they get him by the balls in NL).

He had to to slow down due to the slow green car that was overtaking a truck. It’s not like it was Max’s fault that he needed to slow down. The Audi would have needed to do the same if he was leading.
Instead of "reading people", you should study the German road traffic regulations. Max behaved completely correctly. Max overtook him, perhaps the Audi dropped back and then tried to overtake the Mini again. However, as the speed limit was reduced to 100 km/h before the border, he no longer had the opportunity to do so - and that made the idiot in the Audi (presumably Bulgarian according to the number plate, but certainly not Dutch or German) quite frustrated and tempted him to make such a stupid manoeuvre. Even if there is often no speed limit on German Autobahns - the Autobahn is not a racetrack! And too much testosterone has often led some drivers to their graves - themselves and others!
Instead of unsubstantiated quoting others before actually reading what's been said. I'm going to explain one more time what the situation was. Max thought the Audi driver was frustrated because of him. That wasn't the case. The Audi driver was frustrated because they've had to slow down very quickly. He was frustrated at the othe car in front of Max. Nobody said anything about Max not behaving correctly. Though his reaction was not accurate. Again learn how to read first before shouting, please.
