Digestive enzymes supplements helped my bloating, but you have to find your own thing that helps. Different things work for different people always remember

I was normal before, then after a trip in Thailand, 3 months after that trip red dots flared up all over my body from head to toe, doctors told me they didn’t know what I had.
6 months after the out break of red dots dermatologist asked me what I thought I had, and that day I knew I didn’t go to see the right person. I told him I think it’s psoriasis, and he said I think so too.
I went vegan for a few days before realising this is actually worsening everything.
Anyways, symptoms of skin itchiness, especially around my anus after eating, brain fog, memory loss, sugar cravings, arthritis, chronic diarrhea and foods triggering flare ups 24-48hours after ingestion I knew it was all about what was going on inside my gut, but that eating fibers was making it 10x worse, and so I jumped into a lion diet : beef, salt and water only.
4 months in the lion diet I felt better, diarrhea stopped, brain fog vanished, and itchiness stopped too.
Doing my own research on the side I suspected a parasitic infection being the cause of it, because I literally checked every symptom of a parasite infection.
Guess what ? Stool test showed nothing, not even one thing wrong apparently. The blood test with a specific research on parasites revealed it : positive to schistosomiasis.
Just imagine. For 7 fucking years, I did all sorts of blood tests for hepatitis, hiv, checking vitamins, minerals, plasma levels etc, and not a single biologist who checked my blood was like “there’s a parasite there though”.
And that’s how it all fucking started for that fucking psoriasis on my body, a schistosomiasis infection not detected, not even tested by doctors, apparently not even seen by biologists who checked my blood samples, I had to ask for it out of my own.
And anyways, where the lion diet has worked miracles for me in all sorts of ways, I still have psoriasis, and bad scalp psoriasis, with constant bloating, and if I dare eat fibers I go straight to the bathroom with diarrhea. Guess what my doctor said ? Nothing, he doesn’t care and told me the bloating is normal, and completely disregards it when I tell him every time I eat fibers I have diarrhea, he proposes me nothing.
I myself went to see a GI doctor, my doctor didn’t even care to tell me to go see a GI doctor, and straight up she was shocked to learn I had a schistosomiasis infection for 7 years. I told her the whole story and she suspected I must be deficient in folate, she was right, because I had been eating only meat for months, so she prescribed me pills for B9 deficiency, but then she was only interested in putting a camera up my butt and that’s when I cut it short. I don’t want a colonoscopy, there doesn’t need to be one, surely there are other markers that can be tested to find out what’s up in my gut, I’m even ok for a camera going down my oesophagus, but not my anus, that’s the bottom line about this, it’s very expensive, it’s risky, my anus is covered in psoriasis so it’s super sensitive and I don’t want to make things worse just so she can get money off my life.
Just fucking tell people what they need to take to eradicate these fucking parasites off our bodies, wtf is this conspiracy ? I’m even suspected the food industry willingly put these fucking parasites in the food to poison us so that we develop these chronic illnesses at this point

I have IBSD and I wasn't satisfied with the "yes, you have IBS, live with it" response, so I took my health into my own hands and went carnivore. It's not completely gone, but I have a functional life again 🎉❤

I had sibo c methan. Got xifaxan and it caused me a double ear infection and oxalate problem. It cut down the sibo problem but not enough. Had to go on antimacrobials after 2 years it was better. It’s not the underlying cause so you have to find the root cause.

So in a nutshell. A type of gastro paresis is causing bacteria to grow and ferment making hydrogen and methane causing bloating. So it is a motility condition???

Could unexplained bruises be another symptom

No, that's more commonly a sign of a clotting issue or a vitamin C deficiency. Could also be a sign of low iron.
