- I enjoyed a few days down at Smith Mountain Lake in Virginia, where my dad and stepmom have a beautiful home. It was so nice to come down and relax for a few days after a rough few weeks. They have a beautiful property with a gorgeous landscape, mountain views, and of course, lots of water and fun. They even have a beautiful lakeside greenhouse!
