It's nothing bad... Just going past a gate which is belly button hight. If you were really not allowd to go there and if you did you'll be in serious trouble, then there would be something better to guard the place with.

Its either there or council property that we're also told we're not allowed to train on. Its a shame a lot of Tracuers have to brake any laws, even if it is such a minor one, that's easily forgiven, but they're not doing it for the frill of being rebellious or to purposely invade on other people's properties. You know how it is :)
Yeah I do know a few guys over thirty (and one female too) that train Parkour. Unless you have any severe joint injuries or anything there's no reason you can't start Parkour. I'll stop one day. Maybe tomorrow: my knee hurts.

@Teghead If your knees hurt, I believe you need to do more rolls and less high impact jumps. I saw alot of kneebreakers in this one!
