I would like to personally thank the HBO Velma series for sucking so badly in depicting Fred that the internet collectively stopped and realized what an underappreciated gem he's been for the past 50 years. Truly every cloud has a silver lining.
@@lizardguyNA Don't at me, people still talk about Scrappy Doo. It's not going to fade away. In fact, it needs to be placed upon a pedestal and serve as the poster child for "Don't Do That!" with adaptations. If we don't keep drilling in how abjectly wretched it is, then it might enter that phase where people forget it's awfulness or worse try to reevaluate it and dub it a "misunderstood subversive classic." That... Cannot... Happen!!!
We can all agree that the What’s New Scooby-Doo era is the best installment of the franchise right? I still say we need a crossover with Krypto the Superdog!
Absolutely! As much as I loved Fred in Mystery Incorporated, nothing will ever beat how the What's New Scooby-Doo's entire gang was written, aside from the original, of course. My only two problems with Mystery Incorporated were how Velma and Daphne were depicted, and how on-the-nose the suspects were
I'd like to think that Fred only joined that circus camp because he heard there was something called a "TRAP-eze" and he had to get in on some of that.
For me it’s hard to decide on one overall favorite character but for various versions I have favorites Like be cool scooby doo its daphne Mystery inc its fred
Yes. Once you get over the art style, the show is actually good. I especially like Daphne's weird hijinks every episode, and there are some good funny moments as well.
I will never get over the fact that Be Cool, Scooby-Doo Fred is scared of widths.
Is that in this video or just a random fact. Either way, me neither now
Me either
I think I just realized it's a pun on scared out of your wits.
@@Pagliacci_Rex Isnt it supposed to be a play on fears of heights
@@gumi1098 that's likely also.

And the other characters were done so dirty that somehow Fred is STILL the best one
Oh my god, stop advertising! LET IT FADE INTO OBSCURITY LIKE MOST BAD MEDIA!!!

She tries to act like she's mocking it later, but at 2:20 you can see Daphne totally checking out Fred in his wrestling uniform
Yep 😅
"You know the concept of time confuses me" same fred
I love Fred attempting to counter-troll Daphne. "You drop the accent, I drop the armor."
What armor?
That trapeze story started out nuts then it just kept going 😮
At least Fred learnt a very valuable lesson
Batman and Fred was golden.
From guess who or did i miss an episode

Over the recent years Fred has become my favourite character
5:15 me looking at be cool scooby doo after dealing with Velma: perhaps i treated you too harshly
he's such a weirdo, i love him 😊😍💀
In a group that includes a talking dog, he's somehow the strangest member. And I love it.
He is a human golden retriever
Frank Welker is the best Fred Jones I ever saw in my life!
And, with some very rare exceptions, the only Fred Jones.
Fred is the OG Chad
1:02 Fred fumbled that opportunity

Fred's catchphrase is "Let's split up".
Best character.
Best boy
He's such a himbo, who can hate this man?
I'd like to think that Fred only joined that circus camp because he heard there was something called a "TRAP-eze" and he had to get in on some of that.

Frank's slipping into his Garfield voice here.
Watch RUclips still flag this video as RUclips kids
I'd love to see 'em try!
For me it’s hard to decide on one overall favorite character but for various versions I have favorites
Like be cool scooby doo its daphne
Mystery inc its fred
I love what you do at the very beginning to make sure this is not on RUclips kids
Chris Brown, the singer, wrote that episode where that last clip came from? Wow! I didn’t know he was a Scooby fan!
Since when did Fred skip leg day? He is the ultimate gigachad
2:37 Why isn't his mouth moving?
He's thinking in his head but he's not actually talking out loud.
Bro Fred is the representation we didnt know we needed
1:32 i think he wants his clue
The velma show makes be cool scooby doo look good 💀
Be cool scooby doo is pretty funny though.
Be cool scooby doo seems like its pretty funny, but i cant figure out why they decided to make everyone look like a family guy background character.
Be Cool Scooby-Doo needed 20 seasons.
5:27 written by WHO?!?
Chris Brown, like the singer. I didn’t know he was a Scooby fan! I was surprised myself!
Should I watch be cool scooby doo

Cool I just finished Velma and my 2 year rewatch scooby doo mystery incorporated and some other scooby movies so I’ll check it out
The artstyle is awful, but writing and jokes are actually pretty good. This show also has by far the best version of Daphne.
What is 2:00 from? Is that a third Batman crossover?
And 5:07?
Guess who scooby doo on hbo it's episode 1
Episode 13 of Guess Who is where the clip with Batman came from
