Concrete is a bit soupy sales ... but I saw your large car port slab ... am I wrong? is it the mixture?

It is the mixture. I added fortifier. Just didn’t talk about it. Fortifier makes it look soupy/ pancake batter.

How many bags of concrete were using for this project?

I believe 5 bags of 80 pound concrete. There is a concrete calculator online to give you a better approximation. :)
