    Really good advice
    I always do active recovery: treadmill, swimming, etc
    Also Omega 3 helps like you said BUT also Vit C.
    PS. Eat a banana every day.

    Take omega 3 fish oil supplements regardless. They’re amazing for so many things, your brain, hair, joints, and so much more. Also, I’d advise against taking Krill, especially if you’re a Jew, Christian, or Muslim. Our father in heaven has our best interests at heart. There’s a reason why he told us to not eat unclean animals like pigs, rats, bats, dogs, and so forth. (Any fish without fins and scales is considered unclean.)
