That Phoenix ate it up. They are great sea boats: low center of gravity, deep V and heavy diesels.....not fast but run all day in slop with peace of mind
I never see the captains or their passengers wearing PFDs. I always made sure while underway, everyone wore a PFD til we got to our destination! Especially when ut was rough out!!!
I thought that looked bigger than a 29. I have a 29’ Cruisers Inc 296. Despite wildly different purposes (and the Phoenix being a higher end boat), the hulls are remarkably similar due to boat being designed by Jim Wynne. Very satisfying to watch!
Man, I would love to be on that first boat out
That big sport fish cutting through the chop was so satisfying
It's tournement season down here, a lot more sportfish coming!

The Caravelle had a Yammy on it. Liked

That inlet is no joke when choppy like this... And slowing won't cut it hey?, gotta give it juice. Good video, thanks....
Jupiter 30 @ 5:00, guy knows what he's doing.
Ant tape of a Freeman 37 or 42 going thru rough waters like this. Would love to see that... Great content.
I have a 25.5' Sportcraft Sport cat with twin 150's and I'd say to hell with fishing that day
I would too

This video is brought to you by the Chiropractor Association. Rough out there
If you give that first boat to a North Carolina captain than they would fly though that with more speed but not to much like BUTTER
I will never understand peoples obsession with going out in conditions like this.
Dude that’s Phoenix at 6:05 is a 33 not a 29.
Thanks for the update!
