Hello Preston. Thank so much for sharing your tips and tricks with us as it was very helpful. Do you have any spreadsheet that you can share to help a recuriter stay organized, so they will never loose track of their clients? If so, can you share them
So as a recruiter you are responsible for finding new businesses, convincing them to trust you to find an employee, and then finding that person for the job? Do agencies not have leads given to employees or is that just a small percentage of the job?
@@RecruiterPreston thanks, what are the weekly hours for a recruitment consultant? Also, is interacting with clients becoming more remote than face to face? Also, if you are not meeting targets/winning business but you tried but unable to due to lack of job openings do agencies understand it's not your fault so you shouldn't get fired?
Hi Sir Preston, i find your video so inspiring. I spent my 13yrs career in Corporate and glad i found courage to try it out in freelancing. best regards! btw, what nationality are you?
Wow! I wish I could earn that. I am from the Philippines and a US dollar is equivalent to 50 Philippine pesos in my currency. I could imagine that can change my life someday. Thank you and have a nice day, Preston. :)
Def not sustainable for more than one quarter. I'd rather 'overemployed' and make 280K (2 jobs) or 400K (3 jobs) guaranteed in my IT remote role. But if you can get anywhere near 500K for the year total for recruiting...i'd def take majority (over 50% of the net income and invest it into physical assets). Forget recruiter or any job at that...think long-term in building wealth so you don't have to grind away for a business that's not yours and for performance that's only based on your last sale (vs skill).
Thanks for your great insights but I found the title misleading. It sounds like you made 100k in salary but I think you mean revenue. At my old company where I started some few people made on average 100k every month (1,25Mill in one year) and I have to say it wasn't a high profile recruitment consultancy
Im curious about finding leads, Dont you think it is time consuming researching every prospects contact information. How much time do you spend reserching about a prospect?
Are you given a list to call through or do you have to source the list yourself? I'm ok with cold calling, but curious about how much time it takes to compile a worthy call list.

We have to find both companies and candidates and try to put them together!
Hi Preston, is it common for recruitment consultants to get fired? And is travelling very common to see clients?
Depends on the company and market and yes many do travel locally to meet with clients

@@RecruiterPreston Also, can you succeed as a introverted recruitment consultant?
Is cold calling still a thing now?
Yup!

Thanks. very good. Do you have a contract I can use for my clients for direct hire?
You can find alot via Google!
Hi Preston, do you have an email sent to them first, or you can just call these businesses right away?
great video! What is your favorite way to get phone numbers for prospective candidates to make cold calls?
There's a lot of tools out there and we're always trying new ones but don't have a favorite yet!
what camera are you using? and who edits your videos?
I edit my vids and I shoot on a Lumix!

As much as itll help me to customize
If I make $100k in one month I’ll quit my full time role n work in recruiting full time
It’s a plan!

We did the research ourselves
