Garlicky Fried Mushrooms - Series 1, Episode 7

These garlicky mushrooms are another tapas classic, with preparation very similar to the Sizzling Shrimp with Garlic in Episode 2 (see below for link). This dish is easily made vegan by not using the optional bacon or ham. These mushrooms also make a delicious side dish to any roasted meats.
