Thanks so much for the video. My mom and I are just starting to make junk journals and we've enjoyed watching your videos. I kept hearing you say Glitter Glue but had no idea what that meant. I was also confused by the tops you were all using. Now I understand. :) I appreciate the content.
SO GLAD YOU EXPLAINED ALL THIS ABOUT THE GLUES. I SAW ON A VIDEO THAT YOU CAN USE HEAT N BOND ON THE FABRIC AND IT WILL KEEP THE GLUE FROM COMING THROUGH ALSO. I HAVEN'T TRIED IT BUT I WILL ON MY NEXT ONE.
This has been so great. After all the years I have used glues, etc. in crafting I have settled on Art Glitter BUT now that I have tried Beary Art I’m in love with this glue!!! The tip is so easy to keep from clogging and I love that. I will still use the Art Glitter but not as much. Thank you!!! I couldn’t get the colored tips to go on around the end of the 📍 so that is disappointing (I wish the were softer so as to slip on better).
Mrs. E Thank you so much for this explanation on glue you do not know how helpful this was for me. You are the best! Love all your videos. I have watched everyone. Always love and hugs.
Thank you so much for answering so many glue questions! I am a relatively new-ish paper crafter, and I just would glaze over (little pun!) thinking about which glue works for what! Very informative!
Great video!! My favorite is Art Glitter glue. I gave up on buying those a.g. fancy pins and brought myself a 75 pack of stainless pins from Dritz. I had some cheaper glue bottles and the head of the pin kept coming off. I've thrown those out.. Keep up the good work, my friend!
Thanks so much for doing this video. I’m a new RUclipsr but a scrapbooker for near on 20years , I love trying new products but here in Australia we don’t have Bearly Arts so I use Art Glitter glue which I absolutely love.
Ms.E what another great video!!! I've learned so much from you and thank you for turning me on to the Bearly arts glue this is best. I've been along time user of Aleen`s tacky glue so I'm try to use it up and the sugarbell bottles are a blessing. But I've been using Elmer `s X~treme glue stick and fine it my favorite for photos and fabric and a bigger stick . Now I know the difference between fabri~tac and fabri~fex still not sure they both do what I need Thank you again!
I enjoyed this video and learned a couple things. (I watch compare videos all the time.) 2 Main things I did not know PVA worked for fabric. I thought it was only for paper. Thanks for telling the finger nail polish acetone was not pure acetone. I had heard I could thin my Fabritac with that. Also glad I have some acetone in my shop so don't have to run out and buy some. As always I love your videos. I have a funny for you. I have a friend that sounds just like you and I was at my daughters the other day and my son-in- law put you tube on the big screen for me. I was watching one of your videos and he and my daughter both thought my friend Mary had stopped by,
What a great round up about glue! Thanks so much! Maybe I need to get some Bearly glue after all this time! Hmmm! Also in the middle you talked about school glue and PVA. Elmer's is not the same as PVA. Similar, but not the same. For a keepsake project, you will want PVA. Again, thank you ever so much for this GLUE BASICS, Miss E!
I have used every kind of glue stick on the market and I bought yours and will never use any other glue stick. It stays wet long enough to position what you're putting down and I've never had a problem with it coming loose after it dries, it also will hold if you're stitching and wont build up on your needle. I use collage podge and prefer that to mod podge. I also love score tape and don't use any other brand. Thanks for sharing E. 🙂❤
Thank you so much for sharing this information on the glues. I have been wondering what was the difference between them. You’ve answered all my questions. Thanks.
