So it appears the fabled cram-o-matic buff was false... However, after using this method to grind apricorns I managed to get 7 apricorn balls and a 1/1000 safari ball! So this is still the best way to grind for apricorn balls in sword and shield! Also if you use a yamper with the ability ball fetch, you can save a rare Pokeball if it fails to catch the pokemon you're going after!
crown tundra apricots advice: if you go to the dyna tree and click on any of the shining spots, it's always an apricorn, although the color is random (battling the greedent by shaking the dyna tree gives you lots of berries, but *no* apricorns)
I’ve been grabbing the apricorns from the tree too , and been using a date spamming trick. Literally 400% faster if not more than the method in this video. 🤩 Which is a relief. 😮💨

I don’t think they’re going to buff the Cram-o-matic. I wouldn’t be surprised if GameFreak never touches the game again once they release the Crown Tundra. (I’m writing this after it’s been released btw and they definitely haven’t buffed it).
That’s true! Although with how many colors there are you might be trying for a while to get the right color. I think it might be more efficient to just find her again instead of resetting in front of her every time
@@ThedomiNATION Depends on how stubborn she’s being about your color. It took me almost an hour to get any pink from her searching and was getting mostly black and red. Once I realized I could reset for the color, it was much faster and more reliable for me, 10 minutes max as opposed to that hour from before.
Yeah if you grind a bunch of apricorns though it's not terrible but you gotta make sure you have a ball fetch yamper in the front of your party before using one lol
I got one moon ball with the cramomatic but im trying to get a level ball so i can catch a tyrunt in it then masuda method my way to a shiny tyrunt then make it tyrantrum is there any way of making her give you the specific color of apricorns you want????

Crown Tundra's out for a while now and this video is as relevant as ever. Are you aware of any way to reset the apri lady's position, other than actually finding her? This would be really useful when she's hard to find.

Unfortunately there has been no confirmation for the buff. However this is still the best way to get apricorns fast. I did however get two love balls in 100 tries so who knows? It may have gotten a slight buff! (I doubt it though)

It doesn’t take too long to get enough apricorns to get a good chance at an apricorn ball from the cram-o-matic while you’ll have to battle all the trainers during the tournament and you’ll have a small chance to get one. In the end both ends come down to random chance but I think cram-o-matic will be more consistent. Plus you’ll always have the chance of getting a safari ball or sport ball!
Is the girl just once a day, if i can get 4 red apricorns from her that would be awesome if i can find her again and again and get the same thing that would be cool too. Would changing the day be a good idea to get more red apricorns faster like when you try to get a clover sweet or whatever from the caffes to pimp up your alcremie ???? cuz thats just once a day

the bad thing is the low ratio for apricorn balls,1% for the specific ball of each color is just pure evil

No but I cover so many locations in this video the odds of never finding her if you check all the locations I cover is basically impossible.

Do u need to catch all the pokemon to complete the pokedex or just see them?
I believe you just need them seen because she only sells you dex entries that count as seen but not caught
I'm at about 188 seen and I'm able to get the Apricorn trades now. I have about 170 caught. IDK if this helps but thought I'd let you know.
