Where would be a good neighborhood for relocating that it is safe, friendly and close to shops, restaurants, etc with reasonable home prices (2500+sq ft, 4-5 brdm, 2+bthrm, big bckyd, 2 story, $250-350K)?

There aren’t a lot of apartment complexes with three bedrooms near the school. This one I believe is closest.
Beautiful video Jordan...My mom lives up in Waldon, and I am relocating to the Woodlands, and was looking for some help, however I'm not sure if you get into leases/rentals. I have it narrowed to 6 Pines, 1LE, 2LE and the Boardwalk. I would love to connect with you after watching all your videos. Lmk how. Cheers....
When this video was filmed if I can ask? Is it September? The main concern for us who want to move to Texas from California (yes, I know) is the heat; from what I see in the video it's not a huge issue in September. Am I right?
Sooo right now we are still with highs of 90. Getting a cool front this upcoming week so it will be like 60s-80s. It’s usually unbearably hot mid May until mid September
Best area to move to regardless of the heat.

I was just at Huge landings for Easter weekend and all your bike trials were exactly the places I went to. I wanted to get a feel for the Neighborhoods here and you really nailed it.
Even though the woodlands here doesn't have an HEB plus it's still big enough for everything else. Also, the nearest Bucess's was about 30-40 minutes. Maybe it's a good thing for my wallet 🤣
Migrating soon, would like to know about 3 bedrooms single homes for rent in the woodlands close to woodlands high school . Also, price of homes to rent monthly. Thank you.love your vids!

Hi, question: if I were to go to the Woodlands for the first time & stay at the Marriott to check out the city for a possible relocating, can I do it on a bike or rent a car? What would you suggest & where to start?
Little late but I'd recommend having a car to check out The Woodlands. It is one of the few parts of Houston that is pedestrian friendly, but the airport for reference is a 30 minute car ride without traffic. The cost of an uber alone would be enough to rent a car and purchase a walmart bike for a weekend.

Nice area. Lots of trees in this part of the woodlands. Elementary school is right next door plus a really fun park i was always at as a kid
