The very hostile-to-pedestrians & butts right up against the sidewalk parking garage at the start really grinds my gears. I noticed something missing that around 1:52 you say- "this walkway is really pretty". And why is that? TREES. All over the SE you'll find lots of trees thriving on Main Streets. Conroe deserves more!

Avoid Newmark Homes - Horrible Quality & Customer Service My experience with Newmark Homes was terrible from start to finish. The quality of their construction is extremely poor, with constant issues and sloppy workmanship. As someone with construction experience, I was shocked by how many corners they cut. On top of that, their customer service was awful. The sales team, led by Rhonda, was rude and dismissive, ignoring legitimate concerns. After receiving false information about my realtor, I decided to cancel the contract. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from Newmark Homes. There are much better builders out there who actually care about quality and their customers.

Meritage homes are 🗑️. Do not buy, they do not stand by their work. How do I know, because I have a home through Meritage and have so many issues. They will deny a majority of your claims. Buyer beware!!!!

So if your credit score is under the qualifying numbers will I automatically be disqualified? Also is there also a program where they work with people with numbers that credit score is under that and help to get in a home as well or do y'all have any direct guaranteed researches that can help
