It really depends on what the vehicle will be used for. If it's a lot of in town driving and traffic the NA engine. If it's a lot of heavy load hauling or towing down the highway the ecoboost is king in that arena
@@medtec6747 It will be all (98%) highway. I have the 3.7L and it has served me well. Replaced the tranny at 731 ooo KMs. I was looking to get another but the 3.7 is no longer is available.
Think we'll see a de-tuned 5.0 in the Transit sometime soon? Being in the boost due to weight/load is failure in my book. Trouble is that driver can make demands engine cannot consistently deliver.

What motor offered by ford today is best? The 3.5L or the 3.5L ecoboost?

No they will never put the 5.0 in the transit in my opinion
