Bear Infestation! Mama bear raises 3 cubs in green belt area next to high-rise building and school

- The whole summer Mother Bear has been raising three cubs next to 9 floor apartment buildings in the green belt area between multiple apartment and townhouse complexes. Papa Bear also was spotted several times. Normally, warnings to residents are posted, but not this time. Nobody noticed? Or didn't want to interrupt the Happy Family Time? Most likely , if "The Gang" had been reported, they would've ended up be sedated and relocated, if not worse.
