George, you're calling me out and I don't like it! It's been sitting all this time with little progress. We lost my wife's father quite some time back- along with other life things getting in the way. Originally, it was going to be a flip. But because of foundation damage, time, etc- we will be renting it out at some point to recoup from it being upside down. Take care, G.
