In my opinion AJ came in over confident! He really thought he was coming in to a cake walk of a fight and got clipped early having his hands down! He just reckoned there's no way Dubois could catch me. The whole event was centred around AJ winning smh How in the world is the Champion waiting around for the challenger to enter the ring! AJ should take the re-match and this time cut out all the fundamental mistakes , get serious and mean business! Mike Tyson always makes a statement that will never be forgotten! There is something about AJ that we expect so much! It's his talent, don't get me wrong he has achieved soo much in the sport but he could have really hit transcendent heights just like an Ali. He has everything but it's a slight mental block. The sport of Boxing is tough and brutal and the preparations and the work that is put in we on the outside have no idea! Most of us wanted AJ to win and it was a tough pill to swallow because of what he has done for British Boxing and in general! I hope he wins the next 3-4 fights and ends his fabulous and exciting career and a high note with all his faculties intact! For Daniel Dubois the future is bright and it is well deserved.

How comes everyone isn’t calling for the retirement of Chisora, Joyce & Wilder after their losses? But the AJ retirement train is in full effect?

Urrm Chisora been called to retire for close to a decade 😅
Joyce, I feel he has too but not as strong as AJ because he hasn’t earned all what he set to achieve.
Wilder, he been called to retire definitely, especially after Zhang and Parker 🙌🏼
Personally I would like to see AJ retire because he has overachieved, made an absolute fortune, still looks very well and healthy, so I wouldn’t want him to take unnecessary risk. Appreciate all AJ has done in boxing 🙌🏼
But if he continues then of course as a Brit, got to support our own

When you see how ecstatic some people are at AJ losing, it makes you realise how badly it must have affected them when AJ has been successful, for 10 out of the last 11 years. These kind of people are to be pitied really. AJ’s never ducked smoke and the only people who say he has are the ones swinging from Fury and Wilder’s nutz. Brought the money and the glamour back to the HW division, single-handedly put boxing back in stadiums, two time unified champion, denied undisputed for years by Wilder and Fury freezing him out, showed nuts and guts to keep getting up in his only two knockout defeats, always had time for the fans. Immediately after the Dubois fight I thought retire, but after watching the fight back a few times, the mistakes he made can be easily corrected. It doesn’t guarantee he will win a rematch, but at least if he loses next time, he can accept the defeat without knowing he made what they call in football schoolboy errors.

@@SpiritFearon ok, fair enough. I just found it extremely interesting. Considering what happened during the lead up to things on fight week, she’s literally confirmed all you was saying and more. So all who doubted or were in disbelief, can now see and hear directly from a family member who’s been dismissed and banished due to the exact same reasons that was said. The reason I believe it can be spoken on aside from that, is she’s made it public knowledge and it is important information in the boxing fraternity to discuss, examine and debate on. Anyway big up spence, cos anyone with two brain cells can see what’s going on especially after her interview on Seconds Out a few days ago! I think many people owe u an apology. Furthermore u guys should get Caroline on the show as a special guest

One of the things I asked myself after the fight this week was, "Did AJ buy into the propaganda that Daniel was a quitter?" It seemed that he definitely underestimated Daniel for sure.
We all thought AJ would "big brother" Daniel, but the Big Brother has a constantly shrinking window where he has the advantage over the little brother. I think Daniel shut and locked that window last Saturday.

Unfortunately there is too much division in professional boxing, which is very sad. BTW - to my knowledge when AJ said 'I don't know what to do' when faced with adversity in the first Ruiz fight, he had only been trained by Rob McKracken.

Respect to uncle Tunde & Daddy Spence.
Round 1, AJ came out exposed, low guard, for DDD to take advantage of the open opportunity, I can’t help thinking AJ fight was scripted, AJ marketable, win or loose, AJ is all about business and nothing else.

What people overlook is that Wallin and Ngannou were hurt early by AJ and that's what made him look so good and them so bad. Same was true of DDD, he hurt AJ early and looked very impressive. AJ did well to last 5 rounds after that. If AJ had hurt DDD early it would have been the other way around. DDD had no right to think he could take AJ out in 1 round, but he very nearly did. He was the one rolling the dice as an AJ with better timing (like he showed against Ngannou) would have caught him on the way in. Shame for AJ but he isn't a bad heavyweight overnight and neither is DDD the baddest man on the planet all of a sudden.

Yesterdays price aint todays price, and when Tunde talks about Joshua having how many trainers, AJ ain't from that era or cut from that cloth.
Also regardless of how many trainers AJ has had, the boxing fundamentals would be the same wherever he trained, right?
If you listen to Tunde carefully, he's got good knowledge of the sport but he can sometimes feel the need to make point on so many things, instead of holding back and just listening, he ends talking in circles🤦🏽‍♂️

He should go and enjoy the life he has earned with his loved ones❤
What happens if he gets bruk up again😒 That can lead to slippery slope he shouldn't need to go down with all the alleged 💰 he's earned🤔
Right now his pride is hurt and all these people talking about he could come back are just adding fuel to the 🔥.
What they should be saying is, AJ yes you can come back, but forget that and go live your life, you earned it, and fck all that ego and pride sh💩t, go enjoy yourself with your people them, bless🙏🏾

Aj should not have to be told the basics at this stage of his career, two time champ. The first time in your life that you get punched in your mouth you should know to keep your hands up, if that dont happen automatically after that then you just not authentic, not this far in. Aj is my guy i support him whatever but the difference in vibes in both corners was a madness, Daniel was like a dog on a leash that they had locked up feeding raw meat whlie AJ was like the exact same dog getting pampered at cruffs, Rotti vs Putbul. AJ still doesn't know who he is as a fighter & there isnt enough time to work that out and most importantly his reasons for saying why he still wants to fight are not selfish enough. The last time that i saw AJ speak with conviction that i believed was in the face off with Dillian, i aint seen that look or demeanour from him since & he still got touched in that fight 😂 Big up AJ & Dubois who i never really had a liking for until i watched his dads interview and this last fight, i always though he was special needs but i take that back humbly - me sarry you hear sah
