I loved watching this set. Being a child of the early 70s , the Lego I grew up with was a lot more basic than many of the sophisticated sets around now. This reminded me of the joy of achieving a complex build with mostly regular pieces. Too many of the modern sets would just have a single 'one-off' piece for some of those parts on the fuselage or S-Foils/wings. Great build Holger 👏

It looks beautifull but you better put it on a schock absorbing safe stand because with all of these super unstable building technics it should never be touched again after finishing i guess.

:/ I'm mixed about this moc. Looks kinda nice but at the same time it is extremely fragile, not strong enough to keep its shape and there are areas with very blocky look or illegat technique.
That’s the trade off for custom moc’s, they of course can’t be as sturdy as an official Lego set but they look ten times better, it’s just a trade off between looks and stability

If Lego ever released such a UCS set, it will cost AT LEAST 600-700 dollars. And it may not look this good.
