    Your videos, especially your salads, are the first ever to make me want to step out of my comfort zone and try something new.
    This salad looks fabulous. Loved your video on how to make tahini and hummus, too. Also love that your videos are not endless chat but just show us what to do to make these dishes. I'm subscribing. Thank you SO much for the work you do to put these out for us.

    👌👋 you can use the same preparation with other kinds of beans or chickpeas. Tahini always goes well.

    Looks very good! I will do this today, but without the Tahini (with Tahini another time). I told my turkish friend about this and she said she never ate this with anything else than köfte. My plan is to make it with tavuk şiş kebab and lavaş. Does this combination sound unusual to you aswell, or not? Greetings :)

    • @HungryManKitchen
      @HungryManKitchen  2 года назад

      Not at all, you can eat this with anything. Actually this version with tahini is considered a main dish, not just a side for kofte. If you make it without tahini, its more like a salad and I would easily pair it with anything, like chicken shish kebab.

      @@HungryManKitchen Thanks for the quick response once more! We just finished the meal and it was delicious. Of course I used your recipe for the tavuk şiş kebab with the over night marinating. The lavaş was also great, although it wasn't too easy to roll out unfortunately because it was still a little bit too sticky. The combination of the kebab with domates, yeşil biber and some kavrulmuş soğan on the lavaş is soo good... The piyaz also turned out great and paired well with it, we still have alot left over aswell :)

      200 g dry beans or 300 g soaked / cooked beans. Sorry for the confusion.
