If you can’t stop playing tower defense games, try speedrunning through plants vs zombies. I loved it when I was younger, and I still love it to this day

If you ever plan on speedrunning more stuff in this game: - You can edit the save file on Steam to just pretend like you played the other stages without actually playing them. That way, you can get full upgrades with none of the time spent. - Hotkeys exist - 1 for fireballs, 2 for reinforcements, 4 or space for hero and, importantly, w for calling the next wave (that should be pretty handy in a speedrun). - You need 18+ lives to get three stars. Hope it can be of help for anyone interested!
One more tip is, when u use reinforcments place them not in front of the enemies(if u can, sometimes its completely fine to place them in front) because the spears deal way more damage to enemies than the melee attacks
I would also say that: 1. Starting the first wave before you build any towers will save a few seconds 2. Upgrade towers close to or at the front first 3. Combining a ranged hero (Elora works well) with reinforcements is extremely efficient

I love these games so much. Iron Hide Studios is one of my favorite game studios even if they just do mobile games. The kingdom rush games are a classic, and their new Iron Marines games is an absolute gem of a game that I recommend anyone to try.
