Glad they subtitled it for those who don't speak Australian.
Pretty sure the deaf community don't care if Australian or Spanish. Thank goodness for subtitles......
I’ve been doing these and I’m obsessed . Theyve changed my glutes and legs and helping with imbalances I developed in my left hip
Can u post a video how are u doing belt squats? Thanks
This upload needs 300% more Annie
Thanks, Annie!
uhh Annie was trying to introduce herself, and I for one was all ears.
Hello Annie!!
Thx for this vid I have lower back pain so Ima try this
With go all the way up. That's bone on bone and just makes the exercise easier?
but doesnt this put a lot of strain on the lower back? lumbar spine?
nice video ,educational,thanks
I like this variation. I made a video on a similar variation using a barbell and safety spotter arms.
I would do this in a power rack and hold on to a weight lifting bar horizontally for support, and those rubber tiles look too big, I would make them smaller , oh, and get a spud Inc belt instead of a dip belt.. won't hurt as much
Damnnnn Annie! You fine girl
