TT The video’s storyline is the most heartbreaking while the song is testament of unconditional love, staying through life’s ups and downs. After her death he’s saying he will love her until his dying day....This love is unfortunately rare
You can hear her flat line right after the doctor says we're losing her. What most people don't understand is there's people who struggle with mental issues everyday most have to do it alone. But there are few that have someone special who'll stand by their side no matter what to have someone like this by your side taking everything you go through and stands by your side is true love!! fire away take your best shot but know I'll be here NO MATTER WHAT!! Awesome song
literally, my husband is the one standing by me right now. I'm struggling so bad, and I know I'm putting him through all the pain I'm going through (not intentionally).. :-( No joke. Your comment hits me hard. I'm so lucky that I have someone like him.
@@michelerenemI really hope you are doing ok and I know that you are not trying to hurt him. He is there with you because he loves you more than he loves himself and would do anything to take your pain away if he could.
She had issues, the song is an expression of him letting her know he was there for her, that she wasn't alone. He was begging her to give him her problems, her burdens.. that he was there to carry them for her. Deep song, really deep video once you grasp the meaning
What's up my brother! Been a little quiet on the tube lately! But we all here for you my guy/coach/homie! I finished that!! Happy New Year Let's get it #NoLifeShaq
Listen bro I'm not into country music at all but when Chris comes on... My guy, the soul in his voice everytime I hear it, it's like he captures your attention.... One of my favorite artists of all time
Wow, such an emotional video. Mental health is so important. I can relate to this deeply. To those who are fighting...keep going, your story isn't over.
Those of us with mental illness never have to fight alone. Thats the biggest and most common misconception, that we're alone. But we're far from it. We can all combat it together and keep each other strong and alive.
As a person that struggles with mental illness an depression, it is almost impossible to find someone who will stand beside you threw the dark days. This song is about loving her threw it.
Best lyrical explanation of Unconditional Love.... While the video is heartbreaking he stayed with her to the very end!! Would like to see you react to What are you Listening to. ❤️
I still cry everyday. That is a page straight out my life. I held on as tight as i could. But, god made me let her go. Love them as long as you can. You cant change their heart. They love you. But, they are done. Live love
Been waiting on this. My favorite Chris Stapleton ❤ Have had some serious issues that have hurt me and my loved ones. Chris insisted on making this. Depression/mental health. Suicide prevention message at the end.
Bro just wanted to say your channel is MAD! So sick it’s perfect, you always pause it and rewind it at the right times which no one else does as well hahahaaa, keep it up man 😂🍻🍻🍻🍻🍻🍻🍻
As someone that suffers from BiPolar disorder, I can tell you that this is a hard one to watch, but an important one. Most people just get this idea that we are crazy, but we're not... We just feel things to the extreme, so when they go bad... they go bad. This video portrays perfectly not only the suffering that a person can go through when dealing with mental illness, but the suffering that their loved ones go through as well when the times are rough. If you see someone suffering, please don't judge them. Ask them what they need, it is what we want to hear the most, I promise you. This one was rough, but I love your reactions Shaq. Keep them coming!! I'll watch a few more now and get back to laughing. :)
She doesn't exactly slowly change, I think it's showing bipolar disorder. You'll notice in the beginning she is a manic state which shows by her being kind of all over the place, happy, hyper, etc, then you see the crash that comes after the manic episodes. At any rate it speaks to a lot of mental illness.
In the video the Dr said her time of death. The song is a beautiful piece of art for the soul. For awareness of depression and suicide. For those on both sides. Chris Stapleton tone is just soulful and meaningful
Highlighting depression, and I think even more so bipolar depression (the super happy, crazy dancing woman vs the suicidal side). Such a powerful video. I get chills every time I hear this song.
This video and song speaks to my heart. My grandmother that raised me committed suicide and this was exactly what my grandfather went through. Thank you for your reaction. And yes, in the video, she finally was successful in taking her own life.
She cut her wrist and it killed her at the end. He was trying to be there for her every time. Showing her all the love he had for her. Chris Stapleton is a amazing artist every word is heartfelt
She was suffering from depression or bipolar and was suicidal. She ended up actually doing it after a few attempts. The chorus was meant to imply for her to "take her best shot" but no matter what he'd "take aim" and be there to save her. The song shows both sides of the coin when a couple has one who may suffer from depression or some mental disorder. Love this song, and love your reactions take it over on the 1st!
I just started watching your reactions and im here to stay. I watched your reation to Tennessee Whiskey so many times and your reaction by far was the best out of all the other ones. You are funny as shit!!! 😘😘
She battled mental illness. He loved her so much. Her demons were bigger than his love. She sadly committed suicide after several attempts. This video is mental health awareness. Chris and the producer and the actor in the video have an interview about the song and video. Thank you Chris for raising awareness and may this video help save people from this tragedy.
I honestly hadn't heard of a reaction channel until I saw you reacting to Tennessee Whiskey That day I found no lifeshaq and another whole group of artist that I've became big fans of.
That's what this is all about. He stumbled across Eminem, and then has been expanding his music knowledge and tastes and Shaq's reactions are 10000x better and way more genuine than everyone else in RUclips. #reactionking
The song is about depression/mental illness and the unconditional love the husband has for his wife no matter what. It’s the only music video Chris has ever made, and it is so powerful.
Depression is real. The only thing worse than depression is loving someone with it. Watching suicidal notions creep up through their eyes. And your desperate attempts at making them realize how much you love and need them drop to the ground with their tears. Beautiful song, hope it brings awareness !
I love him and everything about his music and that song is amazing and so emotional, raw, and powerful you just feel in it your core and watching that video I literally bawled crying and I’ve seen it tons and tons of times and I still cry and this is what I love about music because this is what it’s all about emotion and music is life
Funny as hell watching these comments... Saying "1st, I'm 1st, first" and the one person who was the 1st to comment didn't even care. 😄 Anyways keep up the good work Shaq -Love from the Carolinas.
I believe its about depression. My wife suffers from it and when i introduced her to the video and song she teared up. Honestly i love love hip hop from the late 80s til now along with other genres. Chris makes great music! But if You want to hear a good story in a song, "Even though I'm leaving" by Luke Combs. I'm been requesting it since it came out. Like so Shaq see!
Unconditional love and depression.. what a meaningful song! As much as he try to deal with her pain he still couldn't save her.. he was trying to take her pain away and the meaning is take your best shot Im not leaving! Fire away I'm still coming back for more.. but still couldnt help her from her mental depression
This is a song about mental illness awareness. The young man, a police officer, already dealing with what he has to on the streets takes on a beautiful young lady that has issues. He attempts to help her while she attempts to destroy herself. In the end she succeeds and he ends up in the bar. Fire away refers to his love for her. You sure?
Ok I looked it up you are right
Yep bipolar disorder. First you see her manic and then you see the crash.

She was always trying to die. He was always trying to love her back.
No.. It was bringing mental health issues into the open and help start a conversation.
It's about Bipolar illness. Website at the end is for help
