  • The BMW E60 M5 V10 is probably the greatest BMW ever made!
This Danish owned BMW E60 M5 was in for a service at Schmiedmann Odense, the living nightmare came alive!
Metal flakes in the oil - rodbearings and much more was worn down!
We needed another rare S85 V10 engine - used - since the Hamms Hall facillity is no longer making them!
That one needed a rod bearing change and a large service before it got in our BMW E60 M5.
As icing on the cake the owner went for a street-legal Eisenmann exhaust system for look and sound to replace the worn down stock exhaust.
See the great shots of the car and the S85 V10 engine in the video!
We even do a sound check of the new Eisenmann exhaust system.

How many hours did the whole project take? I will have to do the same job in the states. I have been quoted 33 hours for engine removal and installation 3 hours for rod bearings and 1.5 hours for water pump and thermostat removal and installation.

What do you mean by metal flakes? Copper or bigger chunks of aluminium? There is nothing what you can see on the video.🤔
