Mankara & Kottayi | A Day Trip | Famous Movie Locations | Palakkad | Kerala | Malayalam Vlog

It was on my way to Vazhalikavu, Thrissur I passed through Mankara. The beauty of that village made me decide at that moment to do a video about Kottayi and Mankara.
When it comes to movie shooting in Palakkad, Ottapalam is the place that comes to our mind but Mankara is another hub for famous movie locations. In this video, we are going through some beautiful locations in Mankara and Kottayi. Started with the Kottayi river, an abandoned house, chembai vaidyanatha bhagavathar memorial in Chembai village, Mankara railway station and a traditional house (Tharavadu) famous through many movies.

I love Palakkad. Though at present staying in Pune. Would really consider my self lucky if I happen to land up with a job in kerala.. as then it would be easy to visit my beautiful palakkad.
