I find the idea of putting Plante last to be a weird one. Arguably, she had the least personality or charisma of the whole team and it's not a great closer. You can get away with putting a lackluster dancer/performer up late or last _if_ they're known for the powerful difficult tumbling. Kerri Strug, Eva Rueda, Jana Bieger, Aly Raisman, Simona Amanar, Cristina Bontas, Oksana Chusovitina...all come to mind in this vein. So, I could see putting Kylie last, since I'm assuming Richardson went second to last in order to help set up the anchor, but Plante just wasn't exciting on floor.
Now UB? I'd have given her all the scores.
