    Hey CJ! That's was cool of You to mention Me. \m/ I never tried those whiskey chips, but I may need to now.
    It looked like your tube was burning pretty quick. Almost half way when you put it in the grill. But even after an hour, what are your
    thoughts on the smell it produced? Did it add to the taste of the meat? I won't smoke in a pellet grill without using the tube with chips.....it's the way to go. 👍
    For a hot n fast butt it was super tender with a nice ring! Great job! 👍 Metal On! \m/

      Hey thanks bro! Yeah it went pretty fast, I reloaded for a second run through. But I think that’s definitely the way to go. Give those whiskey chips a go. Kind of a sweeter oak of that makes sense. Cheers

    I want to learn how to smoke. I’m a total boob when it comes to this.
    How many times did you refill that wood chip smoker?
    What’s the paper for and do you have a link to that fork|knife tool you have?

      Sorry just saw this now. Only filled it once. The butcher paper is to wrap it and keep it moist while finishing the cook. And it’s a Dalstrong shadow black series Pitmasters knife. There’s a link in the video description.

    Hey CJ butt looked fantastic. I'd eat that all day long every day. I just have one question. Why do you wrap in paper then put in aluminum pan? When I do this same cook I go right to aluminum pan with aluminum topper . Just a question. Love your videos. Keep up the great work brother

      Catches the drippings so they don’t have to melt into the bbq and find their way to the drip bucket. Little cleaner way of doing it.
