When it comes to targeted attacks these victims know who their enemies are or who they've done wrong that could possibly tie these shooters to the crime. They need to start spilling this information but if they are into illegal activity and don't want to implicate themselves they just gonna play dumb or deny an involvement.

All I will say is Blame Catholic Charities and Department Of Health And Human Services and other agencies for the crime spikes that are happening in Texas.. There were/are certain government facilities both undisclosed government sites and known government facilities all over Texas and the USA. That is allowing people tied into certain deadly gangs to roam our streets specifically MS13. Yet don't get me started on the military installations and different law enforcement agencies that played a role in hiding immigrants on military installations. Yet put it this way one facility I'm aware of knowingly knew some of these people were a part of MS13 and still released them into the city. Also do you think they are really running background checks on people coming over here. As we were told they are like ghosts meaning we have no record of these people to know enough or anything about them. Thus meaning the ones coming in legally per say could tell us any name they wanted us to yet how would we know if it's truly their name. Yet how can you run any Intel on someone coming here without certain information to run Intel traces on them. Yet I believe this video shows a targeted attack on someone or a few people that they knew and it seems it seems someone pissed off or screwed over the wrong people.
