This is obviously influenced by "The Fourth Way" book - According to this teaching, there are three main centers: intellectual, emotional, and moving. These centers in the human body are analogous to a three-storey factory, the intellectual center being the top storey, the emotional center being the middle one, and the moving center being the bottom storey.
Really? Did any of this video lead you to think it was a demonstration of self defence techniques? A video entitled 'Finding your three centres" that has an introduction saying how the video is about self monitoring and structural integrity.. and you STILL make this comment? Try searching for "real life fights" or something, because you obviously are having trouble using the internet atm... ;)
