    Update: a month ago I could barely do the exercises 1-12. Now I can climb the pole! I still don’t have the upper body strength for the exercises past 12 but I am getting there. Big girl tip: do what you can of these and don’t push to far. As you gain strength you can go further. Another month and I hope to be doing the rest of these! Note: I don’t even do it everyday just 3 times a week.

    Where are the pre-beginner conditioning ones because 😮

      pre-beginner exercises are exercises without pole. Like abs, back and arms exercises, planks, push ups and so on

    I've been doing pole dance for 9 years this year. I'd had a few breaks in between, the last one now a c-section. I finally have my pole installed at home but feeling like a beginner once again. I'll make a use of these workouts. Thank you ❤

    Love this video, this is my new conditioning set 😁 can you advise for no. 12 please, how do you get your hips to lift? Without properly swinging into it mine just refuse 😂😭

    • @PoleDanceLessonsPoleDream
      @PoleDanceLessonsPoleDream  2 года назад +1

      start with lifting your legs just a little. Step by step it will be better, the main is regular trainings and work with strength, not with swing more.

      Thelashop has a pole for $90 and if you sign up you get 10% off so all in all I paid about $98 with taxes and free delivery. If you need exercises that don't involve a pole, you shouldn't be searching for pole exercises lol.

    These shouldn’t be marked as beginner. I just recently started pole and couldn’t do most of these. These might be good if you already have some training, are already totally in shape, or are getting back into pole after taking a break. But these are NOT good for a true beginner.

    • @PoleDanceLessonsPoleDream

      We do very similar exercises at our studio for beginners. They do everything from the floor while the more advanced student do it aerially. All of these are basic moves which you will need to perfect pretty much any of your other moves. We also teach number 4 and 5 as 1 set. We tuck, pike, V - rest and repeat. I was 85kg and NOT fit when I first started pole dancing and sure it was challenging but it set the bar for all the moves.

    As a 5'2 woman who's gone from 145 to 185 over the last year, I can assure you these aren't very "beginner" like exercises 😔
    If I could hoist my fat ass up on that pole in the first place I probably wouldn't need to look up ways to build up my strength to be able to hoist my fat ass up on the pole.... Frustrating.
