Wow Janni and Madeleine thank you so much for this! This pilates class was amazing and I really needed it, my body feels so much better after doing this😍 Hopefully we will get a second one someday! Just as a small suggestion I would have liked Madeleine to be closer to the camera during the end relaxation, since it was quite hard to hear her voice in the end, maybe position her on the other side pf the mat? I really love pilates! Is this video made for me? 😃 it was so good!! The exerces were very natural and my abs are thankfull! The streching and relaxing meditation at the end wre super! Great workout! So I tried on Jon’s vlog and didn’t get time of day so I will try here. I had requested for a Q&A if possible with your dad (seems wise & down to earth) regarding how he got started in business and mostly boating/yachting. I am planning on purchasing a boat similar to his for my family (currently own a lake boat) and would hope to dry dock somewhere in the Med or Okinawa Japan where my wife is from. I currently live in Newport Beach, California but the beaches here are no comparison to the Med or Okinawa. Would travel out there for the summer months to use the boat. God Bless you. Thanks!!!!

I did like this work out. I feel really good afterwards. I loved the transition from downward dog to standing. I do have a couple constructive critiques, in plank pose: shoulders should be higher than your button. I think it's great to assist your clients with pose but I think kneeling and placing your hands on her back would be better. Thank you!

So I tried on Jon’s vlog and didn’t get time of day so I will try here. I had requested for a Q&A if possible with your dad (seems wise & down to earth) regarding how he got started in business and mostly boating/yachting. I am planning on purchasing a boat similar to his for my family (currently own a lake boat) and would hope to dry dock somewhere in the Med or Okinawa Japan where my wife is from. I currently live in Newport Beach, California but the beaches here are no comparison to the Med or Okinawa. Would travel out there for the summer months to use the boat. God Bless you. Thanks!!!!

I did like this work out. I feel really good afterwards. I loved the transition from downward dog to standing. I do have a couple constructive critiques, in plank pose: shoulders should be higher than your button. I think it's great to assist your clients with pose but I think kneeling and placing your hands on her back would be better.
