Happy for you. One suggestion: you mentioned that you may start having the kids have their own room. Maybe a gradual change might be nice and helpful to their transition. You could put a twin bed or something smaller in your room. They could get used to sleeping in their own bed first but in the same room as you. And eventually they could move into their own room. It's so great that they've been able to be with you, making a change when they're ready will make it smoother and helpful for their sense of well-being and security.

Beautiful view, no doubt. Bit of a big house, BUT a solid investment. The levels of natural light permeating the house is phenomenal! Very nice kitchen, not forgetting the terrace - excellent space for breakfasts, especially with that view outside. Moderate to quiet location, it's more your style from what I've seen over the years watching both you and Jon and your separate vlogs. Good on you! 😎
