Thanks !
Great information
Damn, i didn't knew this could happen, looks serious; that cylinder head it's at the right place.
That valve sitting over by your water bottle also looks like it has some slight warpage
I would probably have missed that since the valves looks to be a "tulip shape" to begin with. The excessive recess would have probably made me pause and check for a sunk seat but that the actual valve head was collapsing in on itself? You have talent my friend. 😜 Love your content!
Hello. Would turning the head upside down and filling the combustion chambers with solvent catch this problem? I don't have vacuum testing equipment. And what is the "cheap-budget" repair for this ? I mean if a person is DIYing in his backyard , just install a new valve and lap it , if the valve seats look good?
Solvent works, for those at home a don’t have a vacuum tester.👍
Great video, thanks, who made your pneumatic vacuum tester?
It’s made by Soix but they’re no longer available. Goodson makes one.
Super informative! Thank you for posting this. EVERY wrencher needs to watch this.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Great video, way to go with 'what' and 'why' helping you get to root cause, looking beyond the surface issue. Love the torch analogy, easy to understand.
So what happens when the valves come tulip from the manufacturer? Especially since they make them this way.
That’s ok, the stem heights are set with those valves.
@@MrDanielSoliz if they were quality then that should apply to them all.
