The bouquet is gorgeous! I love violet :) For last couple of months I've been thinking about floristry... I would really like to learn it. And just today I made a list of new things I'm going to do next 30 days and put the floristry in it :) Surprisingly, youtube sent me your videos as a recommendation! That's fantastic :) Thank you for the video. I agree with the previous comment, you're a true artist.
We love violet too, MsKimskii, and we are so glad you do too! Thank you for watching this show, and joining us in learning more about floral design. Floristry is a marvelous profession, and we offer courses on-line in case you are interested. That's so kind of you, Glenda! Thank you very much for watching our show on monochromatic color schemes. We hope that you enjoyed it, and will join us again soon for more color theory and floral design with Leanne. All the best to you!
Thank you for explaining tint & shade. Also explaining the differences in flowers that make up this lovely bouquet. I would love to see how this is put into a vase since I don't know anyone who stands around holding flowers.
That's a great question, Janet! You can tie off a bouquet and put it into a vase, and that's an easy and effective way to create a vase design. Or you can create a bouquet and then drop the bouquet directly into a vase, which works well too. Either way we hope this inspires you to create your own designs and make something new. Please let us know if we can help in any way and thank you for taking the time to watch so many of our shows!
watching here in 2021... 11 years after and your videos are still very helpful and informative 💐💐💐 thank you for sharing your skills and talent mam 💕 God Bless your generous heart ☺️

'Tone' has an E in it, and 'Grey' has an E in it, so grey is a tone. 🖤🤍 (Just don't spell it incorrectly[G-R-A-Y], or you might end up confusing tone with shade.)
That's one way to remember it all, Teddy! We'll keep it in mind. Thanks for taking the time to watch Leanne's study of monochromatic color schemes. We love the topic of color, and monochromatic arrangements are some of our favorites, especially when you can put tints, tones, and shades into it. Hi Leanne I like your ways of remembering what a tint or shade is, I remember it by thinking sitting in the shade is darker
