incredible information. thank you I learned a lot. I have a few questions: 1. In the monochromatic bouquet what is the "greenery" you start with? It is mesmerizing. It looks like a miniature hydrangea. 2. Where did you learn about the architectural framework of "firework/spread out method"? I am a new student to floral design and I admire your education and skillset. Fyi: the behind-the-scene edit of the final bouquet reveal was phenomenal!
Thank you for your kind words! Yes, happy to help 1. That is called a Viburnum snowball, it’s basically mini hydrangeas. Really easy to work with but really fragile and delicate 2. I honestly came up with it on my own, just using techniques I learned from vase arrangements. I called it firework because it was the best way to explain what I was doing! Flowering Mind Education is a great tool for learning more about vase arrangements & wedding business :)
So sorry, missed the second part of your second question - Spread out method is similar to a wedding bouquet fan method! I really just combined a lot of methods I learned from wedding floristry and tried to apply it to bouquets in retail - making my own methods and techniques. Most commonly retail florists make spirals and the lay down bouquet and I wanted to make something in addition to that so I use a lot of bridal bouquet techniques :) Hope that helps!
Enjoyed the presentation and seeing wedding bouquets designed differently and more vibrant was welcome. I’m a newbie to floral arrangements, could I have the link to the learning style technique?
Hi friends of Mayesh ! I watch your videos with great interest. All Mayesh stars rock! I want to start my own business but for the moment I can't afford high expenses. It would be wonderful if you made videos for new businesses who start with low budget. Would that be possible? 🏵🌹🌺🌻🌼
Cool florist and a great video but such a shame Mayesh didn't include any demo of retail wrapping. I mean, it's retail. We wrap. And some of us need help with it!
Her design style is overthinking, which is what people in the modern world considered to be intellectual, and it actually takes away from the emotional intelligence of flowers I didn’t like any of her arrangements really And that’s a shame I found something just tasteful with all three of them they should be light and airy and romantic. That’s what flowers are and romance does not imply Valentine’s Day or significant other. It could just be the language of the flowers because that’s what they are. They’re not architectural
I completely disagree with you. You scoff at the intellectualization of floral design and yet at the same time criticize the artist who has provided for FREE her keen skills and eye for beauty and balance. Get a grip and get off your high horse. Show us some of your designs that are "superior" to this. At the same time look up the Fibonacci sequence and get back to us about how life it self isn't architectural.
she's a star, omg. this is great
love them! + you are a terrific teacher!!! thank you =)

Hi! Thank you, that is actually what we have planned for our 3rd video ;) don’t worry, we gotchu!
Could you provide your pricing on these three retail bouquets?
I take whole sale cost of the floral stems x 3 + 20%
I don’t remember from the top of my head but I believe they were all somewhere between $150-230.
May I ask why you used four of each rose, but only three of the other flowers?
ciao, bellissimi fiori! non trovo l'esercizio sl blog, potreste mettere il link diretto all'esercizio? grazie
Interesting
Stil zvan lopata. Taj buket možete staviti jedino uza zid.
